David W. Bevens, better known as Skymr (pronounced skimmer), joined Ohio Valley Bank in 2017 and is an officer of Ohio Valley Bank, serving as Assistant Cashier, Residential Lending Manager, Western Division. He is based at the OVB Waverly office.

When away from the bank, he serves on the Waverly Village Council where he actively works to improve his community. He enjoys spending time with his young family.
